There are both direct trips and trips with a transfer. Direct trips are faster; turn on the "No transfers" filter to see only those. If a trip has a transfer, the transfer point and time are shown in its details before you book.

You'll see the departure point and arrival station when you pick a trip, boarding address included, before you book. We recommend arriving at the stop 15-20 minutes before departure. Large cities such as Kyiv and Lviv have several boarding points, so check the address for your chosen trip.

The ticket price usually includes one suitcase up to 30 kg in the luggage hold and one piece of hand luggage in the cabin. An extra or oversized suitcase may mean a small surcharge at boarding. Bulky items - a bicycle, large boxes - need to be booked separately, so add them when ordering and we'll reserve the space.

Yes. Small pets in a carrier are taken on many trips for a separate fee - usually a fraction of the passenger ticket price. Large dogs must wear a muzzle and be on a leash. Add your pet when you book, so we can confirm a seat on a trip that allows it.

For a trip from Ukraine to an EU country you need a biometric international passport - it's the main document for crossing the border. Children need their own travel document, and in some cases notarized parental consent. Border crossing can take a few hours, so allow extra time.
